Lunch tomorrow! Make a great salad with cut
slices of Santa Maria Style Tri-Tip on top of fresh
salad greens, red onion and walnuts with a
creamy Blue cheese dressing.

Enjoy a Fajita Salad…prepare ingredients as
directed. Serve on a bed of baby greens and top
with corn, black beans, Cheddar cheese, diced
tomatoes and Chipotle Lime Vinaigrette.

Serve as an entrée with wild rice pilaf. For
appetizer portions, break the kabobs in half
and serve with dipping sauces, such as
Barbeque Sauce or Honey Mustard.

Add some Ethnic Flair! Indian: add 2T dry masala
mix, salt and pepper to meat and finish with
yogurt. Hungarian: add 2T of sweet paprika
powder to meat and finish

Kick it up a notch! Add 2T sherry, 1T brown
sugar, 1/2 c cashews or peanuts and
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper to the
sauce at the end.

Make any salad an entrée with slices
of Beef for Carne Asada.

Use beef stock as liquid and reserve potatoes for another use.
Add one 12 oz can chopped tomatoes, 1/4 c Kalamata or green
olives, 1 tsp oregano and1 tsp lemon zest. Cook for allotted
time, slice and top with crumbled Feta cheese.

Boil the marinade and use it to brush on the
kabobs while grilling. My Wasabi Coleslaw
makes a great side dish for these kabobs.

Serve it Cuban style with white rice and black
beans sprinkled with white vinegar and fried
plantains on the side. Fantástico!

Make a bold statement: Use sesame oil
to sauté for outstanding results.

Pork Kung Pao: Just add dry chilies and
roasted peanuts. – Michael Giletto
Bake the Pork Milanesa at 350°F for 14 minutes (until the
internal temperature reaches 145°F). Remove from oven and
let rest for an additional 6 minutes. Spoon the warmed tomato
sauce on top and add a little part-skim mozzarella and turn this
fantastic dish into Pork Parmesan. – Michael Giletto
Serve it Thai style! You’ll need: Basmati rice,
coconut milk, chicken stock, coconut, rice
vinegar, sweet red chili sauce, garlic,
ginger, green onion and cilantro.

No grill? No Problem. Sauté!
Heat 3T oil on low in a sauté pan.
Turn frequently while cooking. Add diced or
sliced pineapple to the pan for an extra tropical
